Some of my work before coming to the U.S
Meet these Bright Minds
With the ground as our classroom, I had the chance to teach these incredible young children. They didn’t have desks or fancy supplies—just simple notebooks, a lot of determination, and the brightest smiles. Our time together was always a shared journey, and in watching them grow, I always found myself inspired, connected and at peace.

Empowering women
I believe women hold a special place in the family as the heart and the first teachers of their children. This idea led me to connect with some amazing women, eager to sit down and share ideas on how they could support their children’s education.
Throughout my time each woman I spoke with had a deep desire to educate their children and a strong commitment towards their family’s future. They weren’t just there to talk about their kids; they were there to grow, to discover new possibilities for themselves, too. Seeing their passion and hearing their dreams was incredibly inspiring.

The kitchen is the heart of some communities, and sneaking into their kitchen helped me a lot to understand them better(I learned some recipes too)

Before restoration

These were the images sent by my mom.

Restoring Heritage
This traditional entry gate, over 50 years old and entirely crafted from wood, stands at the heart of my village home. My grandfather commissioned it in honor of my great-grandfather, a freedom fighter, as a tribute to his legacy. Three craftsmen spent two continuous years bringing this gate to life, with each carving telling its own story, a testament to both heritage and craftsmanship.
For years, however, it fell into neglect. After my grandfather’s passing, no one tended to it, and the gate’s condition heavily deteriorated. Then one day, my mother mentioned it to me, stirring something within. I felt a deep urge to restore it, to breathe new life into this masterpiece. The idea thrilled me because it was not just as a chance to use my creativity, but it was a way to reconnect with my roots and honor my family’s legacy.
After restoration

Now it has become a visiting landmark for an entire village, people love to take selfies and photos over here.

IIT Ashram with Dhyanasetu
The 18 students I’ve been teaching over the past few years now have a remarkable opportunity: their education will be fully supported by IIT Ashram. I can’t express how grateful I am, especially to S.R. Mishra, the founder of IIT Ashram. When I shared my plans to continue my studies in the U.S., I worried about what this might mean to the future of these Kids. But Mr. Mishra stepped in, taking full responsibility for their education and future. Thanks to his generosity and commitment, these young minds will continue to learn and grow, with every chance to reach their dreams.
